It provides cost effective thermal insulation helping to reduce your buildings heating and cooling energy requirements and improve the internal comfort. Vapa-ChekTM is also an effective way of controlling condensation under metal roofing and vastly reduces rain and hail impact noise.
Fletcher Insulation™ also manufactures a general purpose building blanket made from lightweight, flexible and resilient glasswool in several nominal thicknesses, providing Declared Material R-values of up to R3.0.
Roof RackTM creates the space needed for glasswool insulation blanket to recover to its full nominal thickness which is required to achieve a Total R3.2 rating.
Using Roof RackTM as prescribed allows roofers to pull the safety mesh taut improving both worker safety and the finished appearance on the underside of the roof.
Roof RackTM is simple to install, safe to work with and fast to use, but most importantly when used in conjunction with Permastop® or Vapa-ChekTM foil faced roofing blankets it is the easiest way to achieving compliance with Part J in the BCA.
InsulMist® Thermal insulation is a thin insulation that works by creating highly reflective airspaces. It can be used in a range of Domestic and Commercial building applications.
InsulMist® Thermal insulation is made using high quality materials, and incorporates a highly reflective aluminium film that sandwiches a low conductive layer or low density closed cell polyethylene foam. This foam has a very low rate of conduction, effectively reducing the amount of heat transmission into the building.
InsulMist® Thermal insulation also acts as a vapour barrier reducing the passage of moisture and dust particles into the roof and wall cavities.

Wire Mesh
Steel Safety mesh is used primarily under commercial roofs. Available in sizes of 1800mm and 2250mm widths, with a 2mm gauge, in standard roll lengths of 50m or cut to length.
